Welcome to Anita's Kneaded Nook!
Hi there! I'm Anita Goins, the baker, recipe-tester, and chief flour-duster behind Anita's Kneaded Nook.
I’ve always believed that the best things in life are made from scratch and shared with neighbors. At 33 years old, I decided it was finally time to take my lifelong love for baking out of the family recipe box and share it with our community.
On May 6th, 2026, I officially opened the Nook, turning a quiet dream into a delicious reality.

Everything you find at the Nook is baked entirely out of my home kitchen. There are no industrial mixers or commercial assembly lines here—just a warm oven, a whole lot of passion, and the comforting, small-town charm that comes from food made by hand. I take pride in taking my time with every batch, ensuring that everything on the stand tastes exactly like home.
Whether you're grabbing a quick morning pastry or picking up a fresh loaf to share around your own dinner table, my goal is simple: to make your day a little bit sweeter.
